Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If there is a fault with your product, we will replace it at no cost to you. Alternatively you can request a refund.
Under Australian law we are not required to provide a return or refund if you change your mind. However, as a goodwill gesture, we will exchange the product if you cover the cost of shipping.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, not used or worn, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you believe there is an issue, so that we can make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
This is not applicable as we currently do not make online sales to the European Union.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will make the refund on your original payment method within 5 business days.
Please remember it can take some time, perhaps up to a week, for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at diana@thecolourshop.com.au.
